Mechanics Over Symptoms.
Resolving chronic pain by fixing the way you move.
We do not promise temporary relief or endless massages. We use the Functional Patterns method to reorganize your structure, giving you back the capacity to walk, play, and live without limitation.
You have likely tried everything. Scans, massages, injections, and traditional physical therapy. Yet, the stiffness returns, and the joint pain persists.
This is because the modern health landscape is fractured. Both the medical and fitness industries fundamentally misunderstand how the human body processes load.
Traditional therapy isolates the site of pain (e.g., rubbing a sore knee) while ignoring the movement habits that caused it. The result? Temporary relief, permanent recurrence.
Pushing through pain for the sake of "fitness" or aesthetics. Building muscle on top of misaligned joints only drives degradation deeper into your structure.
Human beings did not evolve to sit at desks or isolate muscles on resistance machines. We evolved to perform four primary biological functions: Standing, Walking, Running, and Throwing.
When we lose the ability to do these things efficiently, our posture collapses. Joints compress unevenly, creating mechanical friction, and the nervous system triggers pain as a warning signal.
Instead of treating the symptom, the Functional Patterns (FP) methodology corrects your structural blueprint. By fixing your gait (how you walk) and restoring your posture, we eliminate the mechanical friction causing your pain.
We film your gait in slow motion to identify exactly where your body is leaking force and compressing joints.
We release rigid, glued-down tissues (myofascial release) to create the physical space needed for change.
We teach your muscles to fire together in the exact sequences required for pain-free walking and movement.
We add resistance to lock in the new posture, ensuring your body can handle gravity safely for decades.
For individuals resolving chronic pain, as well as athletes and everyday people seeking the highest standard of structural optimization and movement quality.
For clients who have established baseline movement competence and need repetition.
For international clients or those maintaining established, pain-free results.
My introduction to applied biomechanics began with my own mechanical failure.
Despite a highly active youth playing high-level football and grappling, transitioning to heavy compressive lifting (powerlifting) in my mid-twenties caused deep structural dysfunctions. My body eventually broke down, resulting in an L5-S1 herniated disc that left me bedridden.
Traditional rehabilitation offered temporary relief, but my physio prescribed the exact compressive movements—like deadlifts—that had caused the structural collapse in the first place. The mechanical logic was fundamentally flawed. By applying the Functional Patterns methodology, I eliminated the pain in weeks and objectively reduced the disc bulge by 80% on X-rays.
I previously managed complex, large-scale supply chains as a Branch Manager in logistics. I left that career to apply the same rigorous systems-thinking to the human body. My mission is simple: to help individuals achieve a higher quality of life through precise, solution-driven mechanics.
Today, I have successfully reorganized structures for professional athletes, severe scoliosis and cerebral palsy cases, spinal herniations, and everyday individuals seeking true physiological autonomy.

View NotesTraining blocks are sold exclusively in 5-session increments. This structure allows us to establish a baseline, apply consistent interventions, and objectively re-evaluate your mechanical changes at the end of the block. We do not sell single "workouts."
No. We operate entirely outside traditional medical and insurance constraints. This independence is necessary. It allows us to dictate the quality, duration, and method of our interventions without external interference or arbitrary session limits.
Form-fitting athletic wear (e.g., compression shorts/leggings and a tight top). We must be able to see your joint mechanics and spinal alignment clearly. Baggy clothing obscures the data. Most sessions are conducted barefoot. If footwear is required, minimalist barefoot shoes are strongly preferred to allow natural foot mechanics.
No. You only need the willingness to follow detailed instructions and the discipline to break old movement habits. We scale the complexity of the movement to your current structural capacity, whether you are an athlete or currently dealing with severe movement restrictions.
We do not operate a standard fitness model. Entry into MAAS requires a mechanical screening to assess your structural state. We only accept clients committed to the process of true physiological change.
